The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction welfare system on work-life balance and quality of life. In this research, a survey was conducted on employees of five-star hotels located in five regions in Korea, and multiple regression analysis was used to investigate the hypothesis. Through the sub-factors of work-family and work-leisure on work-life balance, it was confirmed that the perception of work-family balance affects the satisfaction of leisure, which improves the quality of life. On the other hand, job satisfaction and satisfaction in the welfare system only affected work and home satisfaction. This can be attributed to irregular working conditions of hotel employees subject to research, which could lead to the need to supplement the system accordingly. However, since the data collected for this study has a difference in the ratio of working departments, and it was selected and conducted by random companies, there is a limit for the results of the research to be representative. Therefore, in the follow-up study, if the research is conducted on the human resources managers of each hotel company, it will be able to contribute effectively and realistically in improving the work-life balance and quality of life of hotel employees.
